Prevent computer vision syndrome: Take regular breaks

Dr. Christopher Starr, Kathie Lee’s ophthalmologist, has tips for all of us on eye health, particularly heavy computer users. He says you should take a break from the computer every 20 minutes by looking at an object 20 feet away for 20 seconds. He also has advice for reducing eyestrain and protecting your peepers from the sun.
