On Friday North Korea sentenced Kim Dong Chul, a U.S. citizen of Korean heritage, to 10 years in prison with hard labor after he was found guilty of espionage and stealing state secrets. The sentencing comes on the heels of a 15-year sentence given University of Virginia student Otto Warmbier for allegedly trying to steal a propaganda poster from a hotel.April 29, 2016
