NFL tailgate cook-off pits chili against chowder

We've got two great chefs representing the two NFL teams facing off on Sunday Night Football this Sunday on NBC: The Texans and the Patriots. For team chili, we have Texans fan and Chef Bryan Caswell, Owner of REEF in Houston, and cooking a delicious chowder is Patriots fan Steve DiFillippo, Owner of Davio's in Boston.
