Mitt Romney: Obama has ‘pulled his punches’ with ISIS

In an exclusive live interview with TODAY’s Savannah Guthrie, former Republican presidential candidate Mitt Romney says of President Obama that “it’s clear he has pulled his punches” in dealing with ISIS. He says the terror organization has “metastasized” and that the U.S. must do “whatever it takes” to combat them: "If we don't change our course...we're going to see what happened in Paris, happen in the United States." He also says that “this is not just a military conflict; it’s an ideological conflict,” and that major Islamic nations must work to “change the hearts and minds” of radical Islamists. He also says “I’m not running, I’m not planning on running” for the White House in 2016, but that he hasn’t “stopped caring” about the course of the nation. “This ISIS thing is a major issue and Hillary Clinton is wrong on it,” he says.
