R.T. Rybak, mayor of Minneapolis, is taking his “Marry Me in Minneapolis” campaign to Chicago this week, encouraging LGBT couples to make the drive up to Minneapolis to get hitched. Rybak plans to travel on to Colorado and Wisconsin, two other states that have not yet legalized gay marriage.
