Millions in Northeast dig out from massive snowstorm

The Northeast is digging out after the biggest snowfall of the season. In New York City, snow fell at a rate of three inches an hour; in Connecticut, there was a rare burst of “thundersnow.” NBC’s Blake McCoy reports for TODAY from Boston, where snowfall totaled 11 inches and school has been canceled for a second consecutive day.
