Maryland flooding: 2 dead, 100 rescued in weekend flash floods

Floodwaters are ripping a path of destruction through a city near Baltimore. Six inches of rain fell in about two hours, leading to total devastation in Ellicott City. Dramatic video shows a driver being rescued from raging waters. Already underway is what is expected to be a very long and difficult clean-up.
