Markets open up slightly Thursday morning, after worst start to year ever

The Dow is up about 58 points after dropping 550 points Wednesday. Driving this rollercoaster are dropping oil prices, which are at their lowest level since 2003. NBC’s Olivia Sterns reports for TODAY on how investors are taking a deep breath, now that we’re “officially in correction territory.”
