Overnight, three more men were arrested in connection with the attack that killed 22 people at an Ariana Grande concert in Manchester, England. Officials believe suspected suicide bomber Salman Abedi, 22, had ties to both ISIS and al Qaeda and had traveled to Syria and Libya within the last 12 months.
