Louisiana flooding: At least 11 dead, 8,000 in shelters

The death toll in Louisiana as a result of historic flooding across the state has climbed to 11. At least 30,000 people have been rescued and more than 40,000 homes have been damaged. The water is still expected to rise, and curfews are now being enforced in several parishes. NBC’s Gabe Gutierrez reports for TODAY from Sorrento, Louisiana. (Run time: 1:27)
