JetBlue is turning supermarket clerks and baggage handlers into pilots

01:03

Airline JetBlue has reportedly kicked off its new program to make pilots out of people with little to no flight experience. Six people, including a supermarket clerk, a baggage handler and equipment operator, have already spent three weeks studying meteorology, aerodynamics and aircraft systems, and will start seven months of flight training next week. It costs $125,000 to join.
