Hurricane Matthew: Where is the downgraded storm headed next?

TODAY’s Dylan Dreyer says rain bands from Hurricane Matthew are covering most of South Carolina with storm surges reaching 5 to 7 feet in some areas along the East Coast. She expects the Category 2 storm to continue to weaken, eventually turning back south towards the Bahamas.
