How to swap and burn off those Halloween ‘candy calories’

In week 7 of TODAY’s “16 by 16” challenge to get trim and healthy by the beginning of 2016, participants Mary Jean Murphy and Rochelle Wilson are joined by TODAY nutritionist Joy Bauer (dressed as a banana), who shows them tasty substitutes for Halloween candy, and fitness correspondent Jenna Wolfe, who shows them how to burn off 300 “candy calories.”
