Houston shooting suspect had PTSD, his family claims
New details are emerging about the alleged gunman in a brazen shooting in Houston. Two people were killed and six others were injured after at least one gunman armed with a high-powered rifle began "shooting randomly." According to reports, the main suspect, who was killed by police, was an Army veteran, and his family claims he suffered from PTSD. TODAY’s Natalie Morales reports.
