Halfway to healthy! ‘16 to '16’ challenge participants check in at Week 8
In week 8 of TODAY’s “16 to '16” challenge to get trim and healthy by the beginning of 2016, participants Mary Jean Murphy, Ken Valvo and and Rochelle Wilson are halfway through! TODAY fitness correspondent Jenna Wolfe shows them low-calorie substitutes for such favorite foods as pasta and pizza, and comes up with some clever ways for them to exercise while doing their daily activities.
