Full-fat cheese may actually be good for your health, study shows
Researchers at the University of Copenhagen have some good news for cheese lovers. In their study, they found that a group of participants eating full-fat cheese, rather than lower-fat cheese or just bread and jam, saw no change in their waistline or blood pressure. They also say the group’s LDL, or “bad” cholesterol, stayed the same while their HDL, or “good” cholesterol, went up.
