EpiPen maker Mylan to launch generic version for 50 percent less
Following recent outrage over the high price of the life-saving EpiPen device, its maker, Mylan, says it will launch a less expensive generic version. The generic EpiPens will cost about $300 for a two-pack, roughly half the price of the current brand-name version. It's expected the generic EpiPens will be available in the next few weeks.
