‘Debutante farmer’ trades galley for a farm focused on the seasons

Elizabeth Heiskell, a successful southern chef, never imagined she would be spending her days as she does now – in a farm field. The self-described “debutante from the Delta” runs a farm with her husband, supplying more than 50 restaurants across the Southeastern United States. TODAY’s Erica Hill reports.
