Deadly storm spurs evacuations in California with threats of flooding, mudslides

Parts of Southern California got a month’s worth of rain in one day, causing deadly floods and threats of mudslides. NBC’s Steve Patterson reports for TODAY that ten trillion gallons of rain could fall while forecasters track another storm that could hit the region next week.
