D. B. Cooper search: Scientists say they have new evidence in 45-year-old case
In 1971, a man parachuted out of a hijacked airliner over the Pacific Northwest with a $200,000 ransom and was never seen again. Now a group of scientists say they have uncovered evidence that narrows the number of people who could possibly be the mysterious D. B. Cooper from millions to perhaps just 1,000. NBC’s Miguel Almaguer reports.
