‘Critical’ Zika virus funding remains stalled in Congress

Health officials say there are at least two new travel-related Zika virus cases in Miami, but no new homegrown cases have been reported in the last few days. President Obama says the Zika situation “is getting critical” as federal funds to battle the virus remain stalled in Congress.
