Brazil grapples with devastating effects of Zika virus

Brazil has seen an alarming surge of babies born with microcephaly, a neurological disorder associated with the Zika virus. NBC’s Rehema Ellis reports for TODAY and NBC News medical contributor Dr. Natalie Azar says women who may have been exposed to the virus should wait at least 1-2 weeks before trying to conceive.
