Bill to replace ‘No Child Left Behind’ is passed in the House

The House has passed a bill to replace the controversial "No Child Left Behind" education law. It leaves in place the yearly math and reading tests criticized by many parents and educators, but it will restore the power of individual states to decide how test grades will be used in assessing teachers and schools.
