Authorities now suspect explosive device caused Russian plane crash
Disturbing developments have surfaced in the investigation into the crash of a Russian airliner in Egypt. U.S. officials now say evidence points to a bomb and ISIS, as the first of the 224 victims are being laid to rest today. Now, "emergency measures" are being drafted Thursday to rescue thousands of stranded vacationers in the Red Sea resort area of Sharm el-Sheikh. NBC’s Bill Neely reports for TODAY.
