There is mounting frustration Tuesday morning over all the snow lingering from the East Coast’s historic blizzard. Airports are still struggling to get back on track, many neighborhoods are not plowed, and many people are angry. NBC national correspondent Miguel Almaguer reports from Washington, D.C.
