Elite police in France carried out a massive terror raid on the outskirts of Paris in the suburb of Saint-Denis early Wednesday morning. Seven people were arrested, a woman blew herself up, but the target of the 7-hour siege, Abdelhamid Abaaoud, has not yet been confirmed as among those arrested.
