’16 by 16’ challenge participants check in for Week 5

Three viewers have taken on TODAY’s “16 by 16” challenge to get trim and healthy by the beginning of 2016. In week 5 of the challenge, Mary Jean Murphy, Ken Valvo and Rochelle Wilson have lost a combined total of 31 pounds so far. Fitness correspondent Jenna Wolfe and nutritionist Jenna Wolfe take them through some exercises and food alternatives customized for their very different daily lifestyles.
