Searching for great places to visit this summer at bargain prices? Look no further! Pilar Guzman of Condé Nast Traveler shares its list of hot new hotels that won’t burn out your bank account, including two new beach hotels and family-friendly locations.

Best new family hotels
The family hotels that Condé Nast Traveler chose are in up-and-coming locations, and are perfect jumping-off points for exploring the surrounding areas.

The Ojai Rancho Inn
This hotel in Ojai, Calif., for example, has great outdoor activities like hiking and biking—and the bikes are complimentary. And even the smallest room has a king bed, room for the free roll-away bed, and its own fireplace. The price starts at just $79 per adult per night.

The Dean
For a city break, the magazine recommends The Dean in Providence, R.I. a super hip boutique in a college town. There's a karaoke lounge onsite, free bikes to borrow, and the rooms even have bunk beds —chic bunk beds. A room here starts at $79 a night.

Best new beach hotels

Alsol Del Mar's
The beachside location of this hotel is gorgeous and the resort offers bang for the family buck. A clan of four can stay in a roomy Junior Suite for just $79 per person, per night and that includes all food and beverage, plus entertainment and outdoor activities.

The
Salt House Inn in Provincetown was another Hot List beach pick. The cozy B&B is an affordable $93 per person per night.

Epicurean Hotel
Chef Chad Johnson at the Epicurean Hotel in Tampa, Fla., was a semifinalist for the James Beard Award for best chef of the South just last year. But the real stand out at that property is the Epicurean Theatre — which offers food and wine classes in everything from champagne 101 and whiskey making to French culinary techniques. Rates are $79 per person for a double room.

Nobu Hotel Caesars Palace
The new hotel in Las Vegas, which is co-owed by famed sushi chef Nobu Matsuhisa and Robert De Niro made Condé Nast Traveler's Hot List. "We love the restaurant scene in Las Vegas, and this year’s opening of the first ever Nobu Hotel at Caesar’s Palace is a huge deal for foodies," Guzmán said. Rates are very reasonable: $114 per person, per night.
