Things are heating up in Sochi, and we're not just talking about the competition.

"It could be a beach day today," Matt Lauer said Wednesday afternoon of the 60 degree weather in the Olympic Village.

It looks like Matt isn't the only one with the beach in mind: Al squeezed in a run, while Sochi visitors, locals and Olympic reporters got in on the action, hitting the shore,and enjoying the unusually warm weather at the Winter Games.
