June 10, 2013 at 12:49 PM ET

Austin Mahone stopped by TODAY on Monday morning to perform songs from his debut album, which is set for release this fall. Also on the agenda: leaving girls in near hysterics.

The teen heartthrob serenaded fans and Studio 1A with both original tunes and covers: "About Love," "Say Somethin'" and "Just a Friend."

The anchors managed to keep it together for the indoor performances, but fans on the plaza just couldn't help themselves.
