Rihanna is no stranger to racy Instagram posting—and she's certainly not averse to fashion risk taking. But this week she posted a selfie that still managed to get the Internet seriously buzzing.
The star shared a pic of herself—well, of one notable part of herself—clad in a denim thong that seemed to be improvised from a pair of ordinary jeans with everything removed except the waist band and the center seam between her legs. The image has now been taken down from Rihanna's Instagram page, but Jezebel managed to get a screen grab before it was pulled.
The fact is, Rihanna looks good in almost anything. But this photo mostly just makes us kind of wince in sympathetic discomfort. For that reason (among others), we're hoping this look doesn't become a trend.
