Christene Barberich started more than just a website when she launched Refinery29, she began what’s referred to as the "cool girls’ club". This fair skinned, red-haired, lady-boss likes to pair neutral trench coats with her wild prints.

Carine Roitfeld, editor of the still new-ish publication CR Fashion Book, defies age and fleeting trends by sticking to pencil skirts. We love that she opts for classic basics that can be worn over again, making them realistic and always sophisticated.

Power blazer
The leader of the pack, Anna Wintour, isn’t just regularly sporting her bangin’ trademark bob and square sunnies. Ms. Wintour is also usually seen wearing a fitted cropped blazed or resting it on her Kanye-loving shoulders.

Onesie
The down to earth and photographer-friendly Eva Chen of Lucky Magazine is more than Anna Wintour’s bestie. She’s flipped the publication’s image around and brought with it a following of fashion-forward shoppers. Eva often sports a cropped onesie but we found a few longer versions we think might be easier to pull off when paired with a little jacket.
