"I hated the extensions -- hair that's sewn into your head. It's creepy," Cyrus told E! News of what prompted her to get a major makeover. "You will never see me with long hair again! My fiance [LiamHemsworth] loves it. It's so much easier to go shave the sides once a week rather than getting your roots done when you have long hair. I feel like when you have short hair, the messier it is, the better it looks."

Reiterating that she doesn't miss her long brunette locks "in any way," the "See You Again" singer said "it's so weird seeing [pictures of] me and my long hair. I do not like it. I wish someone would have ripped them out of my head because the extension thing is just so not cute! I hate it."
