Almost one month after finishing her last round of cancer treatments, Leah Still is inspiring us once again — this time, on the runway at New York Fashion Week.

Thursday night, with poise and flair that any top model would envy, she walked in the Kids Rock Live fashion show and proved that proved that beating cancer was just going to be one bullet in a long list of spectacular accomplishments to come.

Leah's dad, Houston Texans defensive end Devon Still, posted a few fun photos to Instagram during and after the Kids Rock Live show, showing Leah strutting her stuff on the runway and posing on the red carpet, too.

The 5-year-old's fight against pediatric cancer, which began back in June 2014, has been widely covered and documented extensively on social media by her famous father.

In 2014, Still was given a 50-50 chance to live after a grim diagnosis of Stage IV neuroblastoma. Since then, she's not only personally beaten cancer, but she's also helped to raise more than $1 million for cancer research and won an ESPY Award.

Still also became close friends with TODAY's own Hoda Kotb after her appearance in the anchor's "Truly Brave" video alongside Cyndi Lauper and Sara Bareilles.
