Kristen Stewart kept it casual on TODAY Wednesday morning, stepping out on the plaza in a sleek black ensemble.
Stewart fans gushed on Twitter over her inky black "Bowden" leather jacket from Belstaff's Resort 2013 line (priced at a cool $2,995). The jacket’s cream lining added a splash of color to Stewart’s otherwise monochromatic look.
The urban-chic outfit is a departure from the "Twilight" star's previous TODAY look. For her appearance on May 31, Stewart donned a form-fitting, ladylike frock with black pumps.
But it's not surprising that she opted for leather this time around. While the 22-year-old actress is keeping mum about her relationship status with Robert Pattinson, she hasn’t kept her love for the material much of a secret. In a recent webchat, she fawned over her favorite Balenciaga leather jacket (which she owns in several colors), calling it “a second skin.”
She paired the jacket with Hudson’s drain-pipe LouLou tuxedo jeans cut just above her ankles. While the star was gussied up in a pair of pointed black stilettos for her on-air appearance, she later changed into something a little more comfortable — her black KEDS Champion sneakers.More:
