The E! host and breast cancer survivor appeared with husband Bill Rancic on TODAY Tuesday to discuss her recent health struggles and the fifth season of "Giuliana and Bill." Ever so positive, Giuliana looked amazing while leaving 30 Rock, thanks in part to (well, let's be honest – great hair and smile) a sleeveless tie-neck lace top by Rachel Zoe and a chic, body-conscious ASOS midi-skirt featuring a fitted high waist and fishtail hem with a coated lace overlay. It was very sexy '40s librarian with just a touch of rebellious mermaid. (Did that description work? Otherwise, "5th Ave. housewarming hostess meets Catwoman's mom" would also do.)
