Video: TODAY style editor Bobbie Thomas reveals off cool ways you can have fun with your nails by designing your own stickers to put on them. She also shows a few manicure tools to help keep your nails looking fabulous.

From custom nail stickers to a handy manicure tool, TODAY style editor and Bobbie.com's Bobbie Thomas shares the latest beauty scoop:

Specialty nail stickers
First up, a major breakthrough for nail-art fanatics. Jamberry has developed an online nail-wrap studio where you can upload your favorite photos and creative prints to design-your-own decals. The custom application even allows you to size and rotate images in a preview window for easy, picture-perfect placement ($24.75, jamberrynails.net).

'Plumping'topcoats
The latest craze in top coats? A gel-like look, without the use of a UV light box, and without the hassle of soak-off removal. Thicker polymer and resin formulas, like Dior's Gel Coat and Nails Inc.'s Caviar Gel Effect, help nails look stronger and stretch the life of your color (Dior Gel Coat, $25; Nails Inc. Kensington Caviar Gel Effect Plumping Top Coat, $10). You also can scoop up Julep's new Freedom Top Coat, which is free of formaldehyde and DBP (Julep Freedom Polymer Top Coat, $18).

Polish protecter
Skip the trip to the salon and get a flawless manicure at home thanks to Sephora's new Perfect Manicure tool. The small metal shield can be angled around your cuticles to prevent polish mistakes, helping you get crisp, clean edges ($7, sephora.com).

Glue and glitter tip
With the return of shimmering polish has come the dread of getting it off. Fashion and beauty blog Refinery29 suggests using a thin layer of an all-purpose glue like Elmer’s Glue-All as a base coat. It's the perfect solution if you want to sparkle for one night only, since the glue can be easily peeled off the next day.
