It's over! Celebrity breakups of 2013

Idina Menzel and Taye Diggs announced their separation in early December after 10 years of marriage. The couple, who met as costars in the Broadway production of "Rent" in 1995, have a 4-year-old son, Walker.

George Clooney stepped back on the market over the summer when he and Stacy Keibler split after two years of dating.

Orlando Bloom and Victoria's Secret model Miranda Kerr announced their separation in October. The pair, who married in July 2010, have been spotted several times together since with their 2-year-old son, Flynn.

After separating in February, Jane Lynch filed for divorce in July from psychologist Lara Embry. The two were married in May 2010 in Sunderland, Mass., where same-sex marriage has been legal since 2004.

Jane Seymour and James Keach decided to call it quits in April after 20 years of marriage. The two have 17-year-old twin boys, Johnny and Kristopher.

"American Idol" host Ryan Seacrest and actress Julianne Hough confirmed their split in March after dating for two years.

After separating earlier this year, Diane Lane and Josh Brolin's divorce was finalized at the end of November. Brolin, who married Lane in 2004, checked into a rehab facility days before the divorce was made official.

In October, TV personalities Bruce and Kris Jenner announced that they had separated after 22 years of marriage. "We are living separately and we are much happier this way," the pair shared with E! News at the time.

Tattoo artist Kat Von D revealed on Twitter that her engagement to musician Deadmau5 (real name Joel Zimmerman) was over after six months. "Cheating on your loved one is the most hurtful thing one culd do," she tweeted. "I hate to have to admit, that this relationship is indeed over."

After 10 years of marriage, art collector Charles Saatchi filed for divorce from celebrity chef Nigella Lawson in July after a tabloid newspaper printed photographs of Saatchi with his hand around Lawson's neck on a London restaurant terrace. Five months later, Lawson admitted to cocaine use while testifying during a trial against her former assistants.

Miley Cyrus and Liam Hemsworth ended their engagement in September. Cyrus, who was 19 when the pair became engaged in 2012, recently told Barbara Walters that she was "so scared of ever being alone. And I think conquering that fear this year was actually bigger than any other transition that I had this entire year."

Khloe Kardashian filed for divorce from basketball player Lamar Odom after four years of marriage and a tumultous 2013 for the couple. Odom was arrested for a DUI earlier this year and spent a day in rehab prior to the filing.

After 17 years of marriage, Dina Eastwood filed for divorce from husband Clint Eastwood in October. The couple have one child together, 16-year-old Morgan.
