Today, a lot of people turn to Instagram for fitness inspiration, workout tips and actual workouts. Yet there's one person in particular that 1.1 million people look to for fitness advice: Anna Victoria.

The 27-year-old is an Instagram celebrity and fitness guru, motivating women all over the world with her Fit Body Guides, a collection of workouts that you can do at home in 30-40 minutes. She's inspired countless transformations by focusing on making health a priority.

TODAY chatted with Victoria about how she starts her day, in Rome, Italy, where she is currently based, for our ongoing Morning Routine series.

What time do you wake up?

7:30 a.m. I just recently started using the app called Sleep Cycle, which helps you track your sleep. It detects your breathing, how deep you're sleeping, if you wake up in the middle of the night and more. It wakes you up with music gradually. So if I want to be up at 7:30 a.m., it may start to wake me up at 7:15 a.m. It's all based on your sleep patterns!

Do you snooze?

I used to, but thanks to this app, I've been doing it a lot less.

What's the first thing you do when you get out of bed?

I have a shot of aloe vera juice, which is really good for digestion and is also anti-inflammatory. Then I have a glass of water.

What do you eat for breakfast?

I wait about 10 minutes after the aloe shot, and then I make breakfast, which is the same every morning. I'm a creature of habit. I have a five-egg omelet (three egg whites and two whole eggs) with veggies like zucchini, asparagus, carrots and feta. That is my protein for the morning, and then I'll also have oatmeal as a form of carbs. I cook my oatmeal with coconut milk and then add cinnamon and goji berries.

When do you check email, etc.?

I usually check email and all of my social media accounts while I'm eating breakfast, for about 30 minutes. After I've done that, I feel like I can start my day.

What is your guilty pleasure breakfast?

Chocolate chip pancakes or biscuits and gravy.

Are you a morning person?

Though I'm based in Rome, I base my work hours off of Pacific time, since my team is based in California. So, I'm a little lazy in the morning since I know everyone in the U.S. is still asleep! But I don't have a problem getting up in the morning.

When do you work out?

After I finish my breakfast, I bring my foam roller to the gym and spend about two minutes lightly foam rolling my body. Then, I'll do one of my Fit Body Guide workouts for about 30-40 minutes. After the workout, I'll foam roll again, focusing on the areas of my body I worked the hardest.

How do you refuel after your workout?

This is so important and a lot of people don't realize it. You need to repair your muscles after a workout. You need to replenish the glycogen that you depleted and the best way to do that is to drink a protein shake, since your body can absorb protein fastest as a liquid. I usually bring my protein powder to the gym and mix it with water after my workout, and I'll usually have a banana or apple with it.

What is your beauty routine?

I don't do much on a daily basis — I'm really low maintenance, especially since I work from home. But I usually use Bumble & Bumble dry shampoo every other day. I also typically put on SPF face lotion and a little eyeliner.

Do you have any mantras or rituals?

This isn't specific to the morning, but I try to think about it on a regular basis: Whether you think you can or you can't, you're right. People don't realize how true that is.
