Ingredients
- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 cup lemon zest
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup half and half
- 1 cup wisconsin ricotta cheese
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Warm the cream with the sugar and lemon zest untill sugar dissolves; cool.
Add the half and half and Ricotta; mix together.
Ice cream machine directionsPour mixture into an ice cream machine.
Process according to machine directions.
Transfer into a chilled container and store in the freezer.
Freezer directions Pour mixture into a shallow pan, and place pan in freezer.
Stir every 15 minutes until frozen.
