Ingredients
- 1 pound wild mushrooms
- 1/2 pound onion
- 16 pound asparagus
- 8 pound eggs
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Mix scrambled eggs with crumbled Matzah.
Sauté onions and mushrooms in olive oil until lightly caramelized and add egg mixture place asparagus in dish and add scrambled egg mixture.
Garnish with fresh chives.
