  • 6 ounce fresh cow’s milk ricotta romana
  • 6 tablespoon e.v.o.o
  • 1 bunch fresh thyme
  • 6 slice pugliese bread (cut 1/2 inch thick and 2 inches long)

Pre heat oven at 360 degrees celcius.

Place the bread on a baking sheet and cook for 8-9 minutes until golden brown.

Scoop the ricotta onto the bread crutons and dress with fresh thyme leaves.
