  • 1 pound frozen green peas, thawed
  • 1 cup silken tofu
  • 1 cup chopped cilantro
  • 3 cup scallions, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
  • 1 teaspoon wasabi paste

Preparation

Pulse until smooth.

Transfer to serving bowl and season to taste.
