Ingredients
- 1 teaspoon olive oil
- 1 crisp apple (such as Fuji)
- 1 head romaine lettuce
- Sea salt and pepper
Preparation
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium to medium-high heat. Add apple slices to pan and sauté for 1-2 minutes until slightly tender and lightly browned. Add romaine and sauté together for an additional minute until romaine is slightly wilted and bright green in color. Season with salt and pepper and remove from heat.
