Ingredients
- 1 pound spaghetti
- 2 cup grated walnuts
- 8 ounce prosciutto
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1/2 cup marscapone cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup lemon zest
- 1/2 cup salt and pepper
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Grate walnuts into a sauté pan.
Add proscuitto and render, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Toss pasta into pan, and add marscapone and lemon zest.
Toss until sauce becomes consistent, and finish with grated Parmesan.
Tips:
These are flavors from the Montevesi region, and we add proscuitto from the ever famous Parma region.
