Truffled Gruyere Fondue

Ingredients

  • 2 ounce cheese
  • 1 ounce emmenthal
  • 1 ounce gruyere
  • 1/2 clove minced garlic
  • 2 clove white wine
  • 1 clove corn starch
  • 2 cup bread

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Grate the cheese.

Saute garlic until translucent in a saucepan.

Add white wine, bring to a boil and add all the cheese at the same time.

Add a shake of corn starch to thicken and bind cheese.

Melt cheese on medium temperature.

Dice bread and lightly toast in a 350 degree oven for about 10 minutes.

  Season with salt and pepper.
