Ingredients
- 4 shell
- 1/2 red onion
- 2 clove garlic
- 12 ounce spicy sausage
- 12 ounce Watermelon
- 12 ounce Cherry tomato
- 8 ounce asparagus
- 1/2 cup salad/greens
- 1 pound heirloom tomato
Preparation
Baking Directions:
In a sauté pan, sauté meatballs until they’re cooked through.
Add sliced red onions, garlic, fresh oregano and thyme.
Add balsamic vinegar.
Reserve.
In a bowl, toss salad with watermelon.
Add the tomatoes and asparagus and the meatballs – place in tart shell with mozzarella.
Drizzle with basil oil.
