Ingredients
- 2 tomatoes
- 2 watermelon
- 3/4 cup olive oil
- 1/2 cup red onion
- 1 cup cucumber
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoon red wine vinegar
- 2 tablespoon basil
- 2 tablespoon salt and pepper
- 6 slice prosciutto
Preparation
Baking Directions:
Toss tomatoes and melon together with other ingredients (except prosciutto chips).
Let marinate for an hour.
Plate with lettuce leaves and thinly sliced cucumber.
Place prosciutto chips on top.
