  • 2 heaping tablespoons of pop rocks
  • 4 tangerines

Preparation

Baking Directions:

To peel completely: Cut off ends of fruits, stand on cut end, and use a sharp knife to cut off peel — including the bitter white pith of the tangerine.

Arrange sliced fruit in small glass, add juice, mint toss with pastry rocks at last moment.
