Ingredients

Pie Shell Spread
  • 2 cup sweet potato puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup egg
  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
Pour on Top
  • 2 cup sweet potato puree
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1/4 cup egg
  • 2 tablespoon cream
  • 2 tablespoon butter
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon allspice
  • 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 1/2 cup dark corn syrup
  • 1 1/2 cup eggs
  • 3 tablespoon melted butter
  • 4 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 4 teaspoon salt
  • 4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 2 1/2 cup pecans

Preparation

Baking Directions:

Line a 12-inch tart pan with pie dough, mix first set of ingredients, stirring well, and spread over the bottom of the pie shell.

Mix the second set of ingredients and pour on top.

Bake at 350 for 1 hour.
